The Australian Thoroughbred Licenced Association of Syndicators (ATLAS) was incorporated on 20 December, 2005 to represent the interests of all Australian Financial Services Licensees who operate within the thoroughbred industry and to facilitate between all industry participants an acceptable standard and level of compliance with ASIC and the Lead Regulator requirements relating to the syndication of thoroughbred horsesand to increase public confidence in the profession by the promotion of racehorse ownership in an honest and professional manner.
