Code of Conduct

All ATLAS members agree to abide by the ATLAS Code of Conduct which requires that members:

1. Conduct their syndication activities in an honest and professional manner;

2. Comply with all ASIC and Lead Regulator requirements;

3. Comply with all relevant Rules of Racing and Codes of Practice prescribed or endorsed by the Australian Racing Board;

4. Actively promote generally the interests of ATLAS and its members and co-operation amongst members;

5. Refrain from any dishonest or unprofessional conduct in the operation of their respective businesses;

6. Not accept any commission, rebate or profit on expenditure made on behalf of any client or syndicate unless such fact is fully disclosed and agreed in advance;

7. Not attempt to supplant or compete with another member by any unfair or improper means; and

8. Not attempt to promote their respective businesses by reference to the fact that the member either is currently or has been an office bearer of ATLAS.
